Bare Bones Movement Pilates Privacy Policy is in place to respect your personal information and to acknowledge how we protect the information that you have shared with us.

IMAGES

We sometimes film or photograph the Studio so it is possible that you will appear in the background. We may use these images for marketing and social media related to BBM, the Studio, and our services. By using our Services you agree to this and release any claim of copyright to us.

If you don’t wish to appear in any BBM filming or photography please exercise the option by advising BBM in writing by email. You agree that your image may be recorded and stored in relation to Studio safety and security. We will request to store a photo of you linked to your membership account for the purposes of identification and to assist us in the safe provision of services.

PERSONAL CONTACT DETAILS

We may use your provided email address to communicate with you on bookings, memberships and general announcements including newsletters. If you would like to be contacted by a different method please exercise the Opt-out option by advising the Studio in writing by email, or alternatively unsubscribe on the link provided in any email announcement.

We may use your provided phone number to communicate with you on bookings, memberships, payments, or other purposes as they directly relate to our agreed provision of services to you. We shall only contact your provided next-of-kin, or other nominated emergency contact individual, in direct relation to issues or events regarding your immediate safety. We shall not contact them, nor provide their details to a third party, for marketing or data collection purposes.

PAYMENTS

To ensure a secure online payment process we use Ezidebit, an online payment processing system linked to MindBody Online. MindBody Online is the booking software used by the Studio and the interface between the two systems encodes your payment and personal details for storage and transfer of data.

Health and Personal Information

Any health information that you share with your Instructor or with the Studio in relation to your Pilates practice is private to you and shall be treated as confidential. This information may be shared within BBM by Instructors and relevant Staff via MindBody Online booking software. This information will be accessed only by relevant BBM Staff and Instructors and only on a Need to Know basis. We will not make this visible to other clients, nor will we share it with individuals or agencies outside of BBM without your permission, unless compelled by law.

You must inform us of any relevant health issues to ensure your safety during Pilates practice. We may ask for details of your Medical Practitioners, or Allied Health Professionals, and may contact them regarding the information you have provided, solely in relation to our provision of service and how it relates to your health and safety. We will advise you before making such contact.
